Form factor approach to the correlation functions of quantum integrable models

We study the asymptotic behavior of different correlation functions for critical integrable models such as the XXZ spin chain or the quantum non-linear Schrödinger model. We show that a new form factor approach permits to compute from the first principles the leading contributions for the statical and dynamical two-point correlation functions as well as edge behavior of the corresponding dynamical structure factors. This method is based on the determinant representations for the form factors obtained using the algebraic Bethe ansatz and some highly non-trivial hypergeometric identities.
